Prospect House is our adult day treatment/ partial care program servicing adults 18 and over who have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness.
Prospect House helps individuals successfully manage their illness and significantly lower their risk for re-hospitalization through a highly regarded, psycho-social rehabilitation program.
Individuals are offered psychoeducational and social support groups, individual case management, and medication monitoring based on their current needs and preferences.
Prospect Primary Care, located within Prospect House, provides quality, comprehensive physical healthcare including specialists and lab work as needed to adults within any of MHA’s programs.
Prospect House is designed to meet the needs of individuals who have been psychiatrically hospitalized and those with persistent mental illness.
