Supported Employment Services (SES) assists individuals who have a history of mental illness obtain and retain employment in a competitive setting in the community. Our mission is to successfully place individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness in gainful employment.
SES will be present through every step of the employment process, providing job exploration sessions, skills needed for the desired position, on-site job coaching, and support after successful employment.
SES works with individuals from all employment backgrounds and skillsets. We work with your individual needs to secure successful employment within a time frame that is right for you.
To get started with SES, you must be at least 18 years or older, have a psychiatric diagnosis, and be a resident of Essex county.
SES offers career exploration, benefits planning, job development, on and off-site job coaching, and extended support.
