Comfort Zone is a drop-in support group for anyone with a mood disorder. It’s a time for people to check in and share how things have been going and gain and provide supportive feedback.
It is free, open to anyone who thinks they’d benefit, and is facilitated by a trained staff member.
The group is from 12 PM – 1 PM in person on Tuesdays and 12 PM – 1:30 PM via ZOOM on Fridays.
