Supportive spaces where those who receive mental health services can connect with others in a friendly casual atmosphere, discuss any concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, and engage in self-care activities.
These open, drop-in groups meet every Tuesday from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm on Zoom and every Thursday from 6:30 pm-8:00 pm in-person. All are welcome to join both groups!
