Express Yourself: A Youth Mental Health and Wellness Experience

Join us on September 26th in Sussex County at the Sussex County YMCA for Express Yourself: An Empowering Youth Mental Health and Wellness Experience!
Express Yourself is a free event for youth ages 11-17 to enjoy entertainment, dinner and an ice cream sundae bar, receive a gift bag filled with wellness and self-care items, a gift card and the opportunity to participate in fun activities throughout the evening!
Joined by John Franklin @_johnfranklin__ from The Circle on Netflix, youth will be able to hear their comedy style that focuses on mental health, their careers and how they deal with the stressors of being in the public eye.
