At our Annual Tea Party, we heard that families would like more opportunities for social time in a stigma free, relaxing space.
This summer, IFSS has reserved space at our Montclair offices on five Friday mornings for family caregivers to gather.
Designed as a social drop-in time, we will have relaxing music, refreshing beverages like lemonade, sparkling water, iced tea, and easy conversation.
If you wish, we invite participants to bring light snacks of your choice to share.
This social time is designed for individuals with a family member who is living with a mental health condition.
