Tuesday, October 10, 2023: Borderline Personality Disorder and Understanding DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) with guest speaker Cathy Novaky, PhD, from Outpatient Behavioral Health at Newton Medical Center.

Tuesday, October 17, 2023: Depression and Other Mood Disorders

Week Four
Tuesday, October 24, 2023: Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Week Five
Tuesday, November 7, 2023: Understanding Psychosis, associated illnesses, and treatments that help

Week Six
Tuesday, November 14, 2023: Communication Fundamentals: Reflective Listening and Limit Setting

All sessions begin at 6:30 PM and end at 8:00pm
