Mellow Out Monday is a monthly meeting that provides a virtual, casual space to connect with peers who are living with a mental health diagnosis. Meetings include discussion and user-friendly mindfulness activities. Mellow Out Monday is a great option for those who are unable to join the weekly in person social drop-in group. This group meets on the second Monday of each month.
