Walking the Labyrinth, A Respite Activity for IFSS family caregivers

Wednesday, April 10, 2024 @ 1pm to 2pm

Let’s gather in person at 12:50pm at 33 S. Fullerton
We will then walk across the street together to the First Congregational Church
In partnership with the First Congregational Church of Montclair, the IFSS team would like to invite our family caregivers to Walk the Labyrinth. Rev. Ann Ralosky will be our guide.
“The labyrinth is an ancient form of walking meditation, introspection, prayer, and contemplation…”
This activity is designed as a respite to support the peace and well- being of individuals with a family member who is living with a mental health condition.
You need not identify as religious to participate, and individuals of any and all faith-based communities are welcome to attend.
