Wellness Ninjas is a safe space group for youth to connect with peers, explore mental health and wellness, and discuss what it means to them. The group is open to youth ages 11-14 who need a place to talk, want a way to connect, or are interested in mastering their wellness understanding!
Where: Lakeland Hills Family YMCA, 100 Fanny Rd, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046
When: Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
This is a drop-in group – come to one, some, or all, it’s up to you!
Therefore, registration is required for each session. Groups will be led by mental health professionals from the Mental Health Association.
