The Wellness Workshop is a safe space for youth to connect with peers, explore different aspects of their wellness, and discuss what it means to them. The groups are open to middle school and high school youth who need a place to talk, want a way to connect, or are interested in understanding and mastering their wellness through mindful movement, art-based activities, and various breathing techniques!
This is a 4-week workshop, therefore registration is required. Groups will be led by mental health professionals from the Mental Health Association.
