The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline offers suicide prevention services to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. The number automatically redirects callers to a local crisis center. A trained crisis worker will listen to the caller and provide them with crisis counseling and emotional support, as well as information about mental health services in the area, if needed. All calls are confidential and free. Online chat is also available.
24-hour hotline for those having a mental health crisis leading to thoughts of suicide. All calls, texts, and chats are anonymous and confidential. Specialists provide counseling, support and referrals to local resources in order to help anyone get through a difficult time.
National telephone crisis hotline for LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning) young people who are in crisis or having suicidal thoughts and feelings. The hotline was developed to promote tolerance and understanding for gay and questioning youth. Non-immediate counseling services are also available through the hotline, text, or online through a chat feature.

Available 365 days a year from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Funded by the county, the Peer-to-Peer support line is manned by peers who have made significant progress with their wellness and recovery and understand the challenges you may be facing.

Available Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Teen Connect provides non-crisis support for ages 13-24 looking for support and someone to talk to.
Operates a peer-run service, providing ongoing telephone support to mental health consumers. Callers are introduced to a peer in their area to set up mutual ongoing support. This service also provides mental health information and referrals.
Crisis Text Line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text from anywhere in the US to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. Topics covered, but not limited to, Emotional Stress, Coronavirus, Anxiety, Suicide, Depression, Emotional Abuse, Self-Harm, and Loneliness.
Offers telephone support to family members and caregivers of children with special emotional, behavioral and mental challenges. The warm line phone support is available during normal business hours to help connect you to available community resources.
