Wellness Ninjas is a safe space group for youth to connect with peers, explore mental health and wellness, and discuss what it means to them. THURSDAYS is an in person, drop-in, social group for people ages 18 and up, as a way for adults living with mental illness to socialize and form meaningful relationships. Attendees meet in person at 33 South Fullerton Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042. Facilitated by licensed professionals. Masks are required for indoor programming, regardless of vaccination status.    

Siblings Only Monthly Support Group meets on the last Monday of each month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The Siblings Only Group is specifically designed for adult siblings of individuals with mental illness, and addresses the unique experiences and challenges faced by individuals in this family role.
